You are responsible for paying all costs, fees, and applicable taxes for products at the time of the transaction with a valid payment method. If your payment method fails, or your Account otherwise becomes past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms.

 

Orders are shipped within 24-48 hours of placing the order. The customer is responsible for customs fees and/or providing requested information to customs. The customer is responsible for accepting and receiving the package under the address they provided upon purchase. We are not responsible for wrong or missing shipping addresses/information. Cancellations or refunds are not possible for refused deliveries and shipments.
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be canceled. You may send it back after you have received it if the item is eligible for returns.

 

Customer is responsible for paying import taxes in their country of residence. In case the payment of import taxes for your country, in your currency is denied by you, the delivery will be returned to us. You will be responsible for all shipping and handling fees and any other fees or costs created by this process.
