REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry or crystal purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for detailed information about our jewelry and crystal return policy, as well as all other services and offers.

JEWELRY AND CRYSTALS RETURNS

Initiate your return within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping/tariff/customs, handling fees, or other non-product costs. All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached inside its original packaging. This includes the integrity of the gems and crystals being intact without physical and energetic signs of wearing nor contact with lotions, perfumes, etc..

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please contact contact@auroraray.com to receive current return shipping instructions.

Please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable shipping method and insurance when mailing your jewelry/crystal return.

REFUNDS

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least thirty (30) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
